Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy — Veronika Blyzniuchenko Foundation
-
Scope
This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through the Veronika Blyzniuchenko Foundation online store. All sales are conducted by the Foundation and 100% of profits are directed to support its charitable mission. -
Destinations served — exclusions
We ship to most countries worldwide. However, shipments will not be sent to:
-
countries subject to international sanctions or trade restrictions imposed by the Government of Ukraine, the European Union, the United Nations,
-
countries officially identified as supporting terrorist organizations or designated as hostile by Ukrainian law;
-
any destination listed in official export-control or restricted-destination lists at the time of order.
Orders to prohibited destinations will be refused or cancelled and the buyer will be notified.
-
How to check deliverability
Enter your delivery address at checkout. If your country is not available, you will be unable to complete the purchase. For questions about a specific destination, contact our Shipping Team (see Section 12). -
Order processing and shipping times
-
Processing time: typically 3–7 business days (may vary by product and stock).
-
International transit: generally 7–21 business days depending on carrier (Economy or Express), destination, and customs processing. These are estimates and may be affected by holidays, customs, or unforeseen delays.
-
Shipping methods and costs
-
We offer Economy and Express options via leading international carriers (e.g., DHL, UPS, FedEx, Ukrainian Post).
-
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight/volume, service level, and destination.
-
Any promotional free-shipping offers will be specified on product pages or at checkout.
-
Customs, duties and local taxes
-
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at purchase.
-
The Foundation will provide required shipping documentation (commercial invoice, customs forms) to facilitate clearance. We recommend buyers check local import rules before ordering.
-
Tracking and delivery responsibilities
-
A tracking number will be provided when your order ships. Track via the carrier’s website.
-
The recipient is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unpaid duties, or refusal to accept the parcel, additional charges for return or re-shipment may apply.
-
Prohibited items and order refusal
-
We will not accept orders for items that violate export controls, sanctions, or laws of Ukraine or the destination country.
-
The Foundation reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order deemed risky for legal, political, or security reasons.
-
Returns, cancellations and damaged shipments
-
Orders may be cancelled without charge while unprocessed. Once shipped, return and re-shipment costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the Foundation is at fault.
-
For damage in transit, contact the carrier immediately and notify the Foundation to support claims and resolution.
-
Force majeure and service interruptions
Delays or service changes may occur due to conflicts, sanctions, logistical disruptions, pandemics, or other force‑majeure events. We will inform customers of significant changes and offer alternatives when feasible. -
Compliance and transparency
The Veronika Blyzniuchenko Foundation operates in compliance with Ukrainian and international law. We are committed to transparent, responsible management of all sales and shipping activities. -
